A collaboration with sotolero Jacobo Jacquez at Sotol Don Celso in Janos, Chihuahua, our Chihuahuan Desert Sotol is made from wild sotol plants harvested from the Chihuahuan Desert in Mexico. After fermentation, the spirit is twice distilled to 98.7 proof. Once in Marfa, we filter six times through charcoal, add our Marfa water, and bottle at 80 proof.
